• How long will it take to register my domain?

  The registration time will depend on the payment method you've chosen. If you're interested in getting the domain as soon as possible, we recommend paying by credit card.
  Keep in mind that some domains, such as .COM, are registered instantly, while some regional or premium domains may take several hours.
  Once your domain is registered and you've pointed it to a hosting or site, you'll need to wait between 1 and 24 hours until it starts responding to your hosting plan. This is due to DNS propagation.

• How do I get a domain name?

  You must choose an extension for your domain name. The extension is what's found to the right of the dot in an Internet address, for example, .com, .net, .org or .info.
  Use the name of your company or specialty to place next to the extension, remember that this way you'll be found on the Internet.
  Use the search box at the top of this page to look for the domain name you want. If you haven't decided which extension to use, don't worry, don't write any and we'll take care of offering you the right one.
  Once you've chosen it, add it to your cart and complete the payment. With this you'll already have a name on the Internet and no one else will be able to use it.

• What happens when my domain expires?

  To keep the rights to a domain, you must pay the corresponding renewal fee by the registration expiration date.
  When this doesn't happen, the domain enters a suspension period for ten days, during which the registrar entity removes it from its server, and at that point both the site and the email accounts associated with that domain stop working.
  If the domain holder decides to pay the renewal, it is added back to the server and regains active status until its next expiration. The renewal will only be possible if the domain has not entered the redemption period.

• Why is it important to protect my brand?
